Fees & Insurance
Fees range from $80-$200/hr for services and vary by therapist, type of service provided and health insurance agreements. We accept all forms of payment. Please contact me if you wish to pay out-of-pocket for services.
Insurance
Services for counseling and assessments may be may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. Please check with your insurance company before your first visit by asking the following questions:

Do I have outpatient mental health benefits?

Do I have a deductible and if so, has it been met for this year?

Do I have a copay, co-insurance or other amount(s) that will be due, and if so, how much will I be responsible for paying at each session?

How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

Is telehealth, telemedicine, phone, video therapy covered?
Our office is willing to submit claims on your behalf to your primary health insurance company. On the day of your visit it is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount(s), copay, co-insurance or other amounts as required by your health insurance company.

Fees are charged for additional services such as correspondence, telephone calls to physicians, attorneys or others you have authorized to request or exchange information from our office.
No third party reimbursement (i.e. health insurance) is accepted for services related to child custody evaluations, parental fitness assessments, parent coordination, depositions, court appearances, etc. Your therapist will discuss these fees and enter into a signed agreement with you before services are provided.
Cancellation Policy
Please let us know as soon as you can if you are not able to make your appointment time. Missed appointments are not reimbursed by health insurance. Please contact us if there any questions.
